Quantum Catalytics, LLC. (“QC”) is
a principle owner and technology provider for
NC12. QC’s CEO and Founder, John
Preston, is on the Board of Directors of NC12. See “Board of Directors” for
Mr. Preston’s detailed biography. QC is
a technology company, which purchased from Molten
Metal Technology its intellectual property (approximately
70 patents) and research facility in Fall River
as well as other assets. The company is currently
engaged in research and development associated
with high temperature liquid metal chemistry.
