NC12 is a commodity company engaged in the production and sale of electricity, synthetic fuels and chemicals. A typical plant will be a co-production facility with some electricity sales along with another commodity such as pipeline quality synthectic natural gas (SNG). Depending on the feedstock input to the plant, plant peaking or excess production capacity and the product storage capabilities, attractive optionality may exist to maximize realization.
